GROUP COOKING CLASS

A unique and interactive in‐home cooking class for up to 10 people. Includes professional instruction and preparation of a 3‐course tasting menu with 3 wine pairings and an accompanying digital recipe booklet. All ingredients and kitchen tools including custom MKS knives provided for use during the class.

MASTER PASTA MAKING CLASS

Become a pasta master. Learn about the modern techniques and quality ingredients that go in to making authentic Italian hand-made pasta. Class includes ingredients and professional instruction to make 2 types of pasta, (filled pasta and long pasta). Learn how to, make dough from scratch, (knead, cut, roll and fill), and the secrets of success to making the best sauces.

PRIVATE CHEF EXPERIENCES

IN-HOME PRIVATE CHEF DINNER

A fun in‐home experience, which includes the in-home preparation of a 3‐course tasting menu with 3 wine pairings cooked and served by the chef. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with the chef, learn how to compose beautifully plated dishes and gain a few tips and tricks throughout the evening.

A fully customized, catered affair with in-home preparation of all the Culinary Breakdown party classics. Servers and bartenders available if needed.

A great couple’s activity, which includes all of the benefits of the standard Private Chef experience in a more intimate setting. Includes in-home preparation of a 2‐course tasting menu, plus chef's whim surprise course and 1 wine pairing, cooked and served by the chef. The couple will have the opportunity to interact with the chef, learn how to compose beautifully plated dishes and gain a few tips and tricks throughout the evening. A great wedding gift.
